But here goes.... I was the weekly hairdresser appointment... a perm, color and great lengths to be cute! As I am 56-57 years old out of the 2010 and 2011....
This is my thinning hair line via October 2010 --Selection of new glasses......
This is December 27, 2010 Holiday....
Along with my diabetic condition... I often over-sweat and feel flushed... and it shows up in the windblown look of my pickly hair....
March 2011 --- mind you this is still a weekly hairdo attempt that just keeps getting shorter and shorter,,, and harder and harder for me to live with as a perm...
So, now I'm still into the NATURAL look, brushed back on a Mother's Day Sunday..... getting used to the forehead open face look.... Well... it's all there whether I'm used to it or not....
The progression continues.... trying several gel,curl products... but this baby has a tight nappy curl... and graying throughout...
The green color is good... I'm so concerned about my looks that are a'changin... I continually snap pictures on my EVO.
The day after this photo.... I found a Barber Shop on the east side of OKC on Tuesday..... zip,zip cutting off all the permed hair for a short natural...
My mood is a changing. Truth be told -- I struggle to like it... I don't believe my husband likes it. My wonderful daughters are so truthful in that they love me unconditionally and love the new look!
I actually really like your new look. Although it is different, it's not crazy or out of control. Plus, I'm a no mess, no fuss kind of person. So- do what you makes you happy, and the rest will follow :)
