Feelings....

I  AM  LISTENING . .
to the small still inner voice in my heart.   Simplicity, quietness, knowing God... knowing that He knows my every thought and need.     I'm at my work desk...
I  AM  EATING . .
...drinking a mid morning cup of creamed-coffee.   I woke up with a low of 58 mg/dl on the Accucheck monitor... and I cooked sausage, egg, cinnamon toast and coffee at home today!
